This is such a cute gift. The only thing I wish was different on the keychains was adding the little tiny cross like on the necklace. It’s kind of plain without it but the meaning behind this is what’s most important. Fantastic customer service! This is the third time I have purchased items from Studio Pennylane; I just LOVE all your products. I purchased the "Him & Her Amber Love Apothecary Jars" as a late wedding - right on time birthday - and early Christmas gift - all rolled into one. LOL When the jars arrived I was sad to find that the "Him" jar was broken to pieces. I sent an email to customer service and also followed up with a phone call. Don was so helpful! He had great customer service and was very apologetic (although it wasn't his fault the jar arrived broken). He offered a full refund, which I didn't want, I just wanted a replacement jar. I was getting close to the date I wanted to give this as a gift and Don assured me the jar would arrive right on time. Product great The products are GREAT although I am surprised they arrived undamaged. They were not packaged well at all. When I opened the box they were shipped in the items were moving around feely in the box as the smaller "gift" boxes were open and there was nothing to keep them from sliding around. When shipping glass the packing needs to be upped! Overall, everything arrived fine but it was scary when initially opening the box.
