Your Mind is a Fertile Garden

“The last of the human freedoms is to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.” -Victor Frankl

When making a garden, you carefully select what seeds you wish to have for your experience.

You choose what seeds you’d like to plant in order to have the garden you desire.

 Our mind is like soil.

Every day you are designing your garden from the thoughts you have.

Mindfully planting chosen seeds of thoughts will aid you in cultivating the garden and the life experience you desire.

Imagining your thoughts are seeds— what do you choose to plant?  What thoughts and experience would you like to have?

Maintain your mental garden by caring for your thoughts daily.

A few tips:

When you first open your eyes in the morning, tell yourself, “This is going to be an amazing day!”  Even if you know it is going to be a rough one, just do it!

Before you get out of bed, take a few long deep breaths and focus on 3 things you are Grateful for.

Throughout your day, remind yourself to take long deep breaths often and have positive thoughts on purpose.  De-weed your mental garden with each and every deep intentional breath.

BE the gardener of your life.
