Mindfulness isn't a matter of mastery; it is practicing moment-moment awareness of presence. This is something we all have access to by simply choosing to be with exactly what IS. Right here, right now...nowhere else.
Often, we must pivot ourselves several times a day to keep our practice steady.
You are not alone; us humans are all in this together. Each individual is given the same opportunity to choose their presence. Some days are easier than others, however, important to remember you get to choose.
The choice is always yours. Your presence is the gift.
