Mindful Monday- Your bad is sooo good.

Comparison is an act of violence against the self”

Right now you're most likely certain that some aspect of your nature is bad.
Whether it be a physical trait, behavior, or a way of thinking that exists in you, you are most likely resisting being you.
But why?

What if right now, just as you are, you are exactly and perfectly constructed to live your best life?

What if your “problem” isn’t that something  is missing  or wrong about you as much as that you’re resisting the rightness of you? What if faulty conditioning and comparing yourself to others is the actual enemy to your well being?

What if all the qualities you possess, even the ones you judge as bad or lacking, were literally the optimum ingredients to make the impact you were built to make on the planet?  Yes, I mean all of the qualities; the warts, the injuries, the finicky, the quirky, the unpopular or criticized perspectives & preferences… ALL OF IT.

How could you truly know if you are enough just the way you are if you never let go of all the comparison and really tried embracing YOU fully?

What might change if you stopped spending time and energy wishing away those aspects you’ve deemed unlovable, and instead spent it on more worthwhile pursuits?

Please, do yourself and the rest of the world a favor and decide right now that you ARE enough, just the way you are. There is no one in the world like you and that’s a good thing. Be YOU joyfully.
