Mindful Monday- Got Harmony?

To feel in Harmony with life requires a perspective that allows for it.
Harmony, by definition, is when all the parts come together in a pleasant way.
Key words: All. The. Parts. The good, the bad and the ugly.
Unfortunately, most people are not used to making space for all the parts.
We tend to accept the parts we judge as ‘good” and resist the rest. 
Equally unfortunate, is that perspective cuts us off from enjoying the bigger harmony that is at play. 
When you look, you'll inevitably find that something you initially believed was bad, turned out to be a good thing in hindsight. With time, you reached a point where you could see how the event, the person, or the experience played an important and necessary role in getting you where you are today. 
With broader vision it's easier to see how life was working in harmony to support your personal growth and evolution.
When we let go of how we think things should be, make space for what is and pay attention, we gain new awareness. Eventually we see how life is like an orchestra, filled with a series of high's and lows, depths and surface sounds that manage to come together to create something beautiful. 
  • Can you welcome harmony by accepting what is in the moment?
  • Can you trust that even if it's challenging, this moment is a valid part of your journey? 
  • Can you be with all that makes up your life with a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude?
Nature nurtures harmony. Get out into it! 
Breathe through the challenges and remind yourself that this moment is not the outcome but just part of the masterpiece that is your life...your beautiful Opus.
Change your thoughts. Change the World.
