Mindful Change

Thinking is the root of feelings. Feeling leads to actions. Actions have consequences--both good and bad depending on the root. 


Without knowing you have a choice about how you think, feel, and act, it is easy to fall victim to pre-conditioned actions, thoughts, and feelings. 


By taking a few moments every day to be witness to our thoughts, we can navigate our feelings and make mindful changes. 


Being aware of our feelings gives us the opportunity to let our choices be made from a grounded mindful place rather than habitual.


Today, we encourage you to practice being aware of your thoughts, and empower yourself by choosing them intentionally.
