Wake up.  Gratitude.  Breathe.  Repeat. 


For a daily dose of energetic joyfulness, follow this perscription:


1. Write down 3 somethings you are grateful for (big or small)

2. Take 3 deep breaths

3. Repeat daily, or as needed.
