Whether you're new to mindfulness or an accredited master, all of us humans fall victim to our mortal monkey mind.
We have good news though: you can clean your slate/state!
Often our headspace is like a busy blackboard. With words, pictures, sentences, thoughts, and feelings everywhere in a messy state.
Everything (good and bad) is on this board.
You can imagine how good it feels when you take an eraser to the busy board and completely clean it off.
Your breath acts like the eraser to the board within your brain.
Taking intentional mindful breaths wipes off the excess chaos and will enable you to live your best life.
We aren't saying it won't still be messy--but it will be a heck of a lot more manageable ;-)
